Seamless and Powerful - Integrates with existing systems, eliminates double entry
SolAce integrates perfectly with any practice management system that produces a consistently formatted print file of claims. Ultra-flexible mapping and data type features within SolAce let you map and import data from CMS-1500 and UB-04 print files. Old-style NSF and UBF files, .csv files and 837 files can also be imported with a few clicks of the mouse. It works with dozens of practice management systems, including Medisoft, Lytec, AltaPoint, VersaForm, AdvanceMD, VantageMed, MedLook, and more. Almost every system works this way, as it is the same requirement that allows clearinghouses to work.

Complete - Supports Specialty Fields
SolAce supports dozens of fields that are not present on the standard forms, but are required for specialty billing. SolAce EMC includes full support for secondary and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) claims, as well as field and edit check support for many other specialties such as Anesthesiology, Podiatry, Ambulance, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Osteotherapy, Ophthalmology, Home Health, Hospice, and more.

Excellent Claims Entry Solution
SolAce includes a patient and address database to let you track patients, guarantors, schools, employers, and physicians. Patients can be linked to all these different entities and subsequently used to auto-fill a CMS-1500 or UB-04 form with all but the service lines and facility block. Our claim copy feature lets you rebill common claims repeatedly, especially nice for Chiropractors or providers who have regularly scheduled patients. SolAce also includes a bill codes feature to let you fast-path service lines, with an unlimited number of fee schedules.

You can create a new claim in just seconds. Simply select the patient, enter the date of service and bill code on each line of service, and save.

Reconciles Outgoing Claims with Incoming Acknowledgments
SolAce matches every electronic claim with acknowledgements received from payers and let's you know if there is a problem. All you have to do is initiate the send/receive feature and watch SolAce do the rest. You don't wait days for your reports either, in most cases SolAce gets your acknowledgments at the same time you transmit.

Provides Comprehensive Reports
SolAce allows you to view tracking and summary reports easily, write to Adobe® Acrobat™ PDF or print to standard printers. Payer reports are automatically formatted in portrait or landscape mode and paginated in the way the payer intended for you to see.
