What is SolAce EMC™ Multi User?
SolAce EMC Multi-User Edition is secure, multi-site, and multi-user. That means it can be installed at your site as a multi-user electronic claims solution. Or it can be hosted in an application service provider (ASP) model for secure access across any IP network. Built-in 128-bit SSL encryption keeps your private health information secure without expensive virtual private network solutions. Depending on the payer you are reaching, this product would need a dial-up modem to be installed to serve the task runner. The task runner saves your staff time by scheduling claims to send and receive automatically. This product also has specific server requirements that will need to be considered when making this selection.

Relational Database Storage
SolAce stores your data in a relational database so you can achieve peace of mind and maximum uptime with robust and reliable operations. Choose from MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft™ SQL Server, and others.
Integrates with your system
SolAce EMC integrates with dozens of existing practice management systems by importing print files the same way a clearinghouse does. Choose from print image, NSF, 837 file or comma-separated value (CSV) importers to avoid wasted time and mistakes from doing double entry. Runs on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.
SolAce EMC can also be used by itself for direct claims entry, and includes a patient database to speed data entry.
Direct Connections
SolAce generates and automatically transmits the appropriate electronic claims files for almost all Medicares, Medicaids and Blues, and other regional payers across the country who accept claims directly. With our "Direct Connections" you will receive back the payer response reports and electronic EOBs (835 transactions) in a viewable format as long as the payer produces them. Free Commercial Claims
Our partnernership with Availity (formerly THIN) and other clearinghouses enable you to submit to over 1,100 commercial payers with no per-claim fees, using the same SolAce interface for all your claims. If a paper claim is needed, you can also use the clearinghouse's print-and-mail service for the same per-claim price as a postage stamp!
Our claim scrubber works on all your claims, so clean claims are submitted to the clearinghouse, too.
