AXIOM Use of Collected Information
We store information from you to help us better tailor our services for you as well as qualify your location for referrals and product update notices. Yourcontact information is used to notify you of requests you have made, or information that we need to get to you. Security is of the highest priority at AXIOM. Much of our service is built around effective security because we understand how crucial it is to protect yours and your affiliates’ privacy. We have many layers of security to protect your information on and offline. When entering any personally identifiable information online, we use what is called a secure socket layer that protects your information from being exposed to anyone but AXIOM. Your personally identifiable information is also stored securely in the office. Only the security-access employees have access to the information, such as, but not limited to an IT manager (who maintains the data), an accounting staff individual (to process billing information), and a customer service representative (to assist with your account). SolAce is awesome software. I absolutely LOVE it. For over three years I have used this software daily for multiple long term care facilities to submit claims to various MACs, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage and Supplemental Insurance carriers. It is convenient, simple to use and far less costly than any Clearing House software I had explored. The ability to import from my Practice Management Software and Therapy Providers has reduced any RTP claims edits and denials are a thing of the past. I think our medical office was one of the first to use SolAce in the mid 1990’s and we are still using it today for all of our electronic billing because it works ! It was simple for our staff to learn and it integrated easily with our accounting/billing program. It has been especially nice to know that the Axiom staff is there when Medicare changes something and they are right on it.
