Please call to inquire. * A Site is a unit of data separation that you may define. Most people are fine with one Site ID being issued. For example; some large facilities have one billing tax ID and bill from a central billing office, so they need only one site ID. Others may want to have separation of data for each facility. If you want separation of data you need to request multiple Site IDs. An additional fee will apply. **Billing Services and Facilities should not order SolAce Desktop Edition. It is a single user, single desktop license intended for locations without Internet access and would be limiting to a busy facility. Desktop is not available to a Billing Service. Workstation Requirements The recommended computer setup is a 500Mhz or better computer with at least 256MB of memory. Recent operating system releases do require more memory, so adjust accordingly for your environment. Recommended video resolution is 1024x768 with 256 or more colors. Windows 98 and ME are still supported but not recommended as of SolAce EMC versions 3.x. You will need a 56k modem on the computer you want to transmit from if using SolAce EMC - Desktop Edition or SolAce EMC - Multi User Edition, depending on the payers you wish to reach. Most of the Medicare Intermediaries require dial up transmissions. The SolAce Support Team still recommends having Internet service on the computer SolAce will be installed on in order to give you the best support possible. Server Requirements The requirements for the server at your location can be provided to you by your sales representative if you are considering one of our SolAce EMC - Multi User Editions.

SolAce is awesome software. I absolutely LOVE it. For over three years I have used this software daily for multiple long term care facilities to submit claims to various MACs, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage and Supplemental Insurance carriers.
